I used to think that creating for the world wide web was challenging because there were so many limitations. We’d need to find ways to accommodate old browsers, people without the right plug-in, “the fold”, and clients who were stuck in the past…

Today the challenge is that there’s often too much possibility.

The best approach is to be authentic. Build a solid strategic foundation, increase relevance and evolve consistently —it's not much of a shortcut, but it's the most direct path to growth for brands and businesses.
